December 18, 2023 - Sinclair Sczerba Joins PYRAMID
PYRAMID Business Systems is pleased to welcome Sinclair Sczerba as our new Service Coordinator. Sinclair has previously worked at Innovation Associates, Lockheed Martin, Bombardier Transportation, and Eaton Corporation as an electrical, mechanical and communications engineer including management and training roles. Sinclair is retired from the US Air Force where he was a network and cyber security specialist. We are very excited to have him join our growing team.

PYRAMID is pleased to announce that Surapol (Tommy) Lerttuangsitthisiri has joined our team as a Systems Engineer effective Monday, April 17, 2023.   Tommy brings 12 years of solid IT experience, working as a technician and network administrator most recently for the Raymond Corporation and Mirabito Energy Product.  He is a seasoned professional and are excited to have him join our team of engineers.  

December 7, 2022 - Ronald Baldwin Joins PYRAMID Team
PYRAMID Business Systems is pleased to announce that Ronald Baldwin has joined our growing team as a Systems Engineer. Ron brings 22 years of IT experience as a desktop and network technician. More recently he provided global technical support and was an IT Solutions Engineer for Avery Dennison in Sayre. He is a seasoned professional and we are excited to have him join our staff of engineers.

August 3, 2022 - Ryan Vincenec Joins PYRAMID Team
PYRAMID Business Systems is pleased to announce and welcome Ryan Vincenec as our new Service Coordinator. Ryan has extensive customer service experience working for several large companies over the past 14 years including Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporate Office in Florida where he achieved many awards. He has also worked for Holiday Inn Club Vacations, SunTrust, a large bank in Florida, and most recently for NYSEG. Ryan looks forward to meeting and working with our clients. February 1, 2022 - Kyle Dixon Promoted to Service Manager
PYRAMID Business Systems is pleased to announce that effective February 1, 2022, Kyle Dixon will be assuming the responsibilities and title of Service Manager. He has also been promoted to Vice President. Kyle has been with PYRAMID for (11) years as a senior IT Engineer. He will continue to provide support as the Senior Engineer Architect and IT consultant for a few select clients.

Maureen is uniquely qualified for this new position because she has many years of IT industry experience. Maureen has a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Information Management. She worked at Visions Federal Credit Union for 23 years as a computer technician and IT technical trainer and the past two years in Vendor Risk Analysts managing vendor relationships, negotiations, contracts, risk assessments, SOC analysis and due diligence reviews. Maureen is very versatile and will be valuable asset to add to our team.
