June 5th, 2025 - Allan Truesdell has Joined our Team!
PYRAMID Business Systems, a locally owned provider of IT Consulting, Support and Security for over 35 years, is pleased to announce that Allan Truesdell has rejoined PYRAMID Business Systems after a 23-year hiatus living in the Florida Keys. Allan started working at PYRAMID in 1995 for 7 years. A life changing motorcycle accident prompted Allan to fulfil his ambition to be a musician, which he did for 23 years entertaining guests a some of most popular tourist destinations and resorts in South Florida. Allan also provided scuba diving excursions in the coral reefs as a Divemaster. Allan’s new position at PYRAMID is Technical Account Manager and will be assisting us with ongoing customer relations and project management. Please join us in welcoming Allan back to our team.

October 25th, 2024 - Christopher Fitzgerald has Joined our Team!
I am pleased to announce that Christopher Fitzgerald has accepted our offer to join PYRAMID Business Systems. Chris graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology/RIT with a BS/Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and a minor in Mathematics. Chris also graduated from SUNY Broome with an AAS/Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science and Forensics. His real-world IT experience includes doing cybersecurity for Paychex Inc while in school. Prior to this, Chris served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic and then worked 8 years as a helicopter mechanic for a government contractor.
