We want to notify you that we have begun today to implement our Business Continuity Plan. We want to assure you that we are well equipped to conduct business and provide support remotely so there is no disruption of our IT technical support services.
As an organization driven by technologies that are optimized for remote support, we want you to be assured that our engineers remain available to help you. All PYRAMID employees have been instructed to stay home if they or someone they have had close contact with are sick or experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms. Employees must be cleared by a medical professional to return to work. We will pay them for the time they need to stay home and get well. We have implemented a daily office sanitizing protocol. All computer hardware will be sanitized before delivery to our clients.
Going forward, we are restricting on-site technical support service calls only for critical situations or when both parties agree it is a safe interaction for all involved.
